Documented ranges, resolution, accuracy and temperature windows for three sucrose Brix meters. These are source-based profiles, not our measurements.
Which question matches the task?
Start with the question that matches the liquid and the decision. Sucrose Brix before fermentation is the only measurement this index sends you toward. Honey moisture, coffee solids and urea are different scales and are not given their own cards here. Each page keeps its sources and unresolved measurements beside the claim.
HighPrecis 0–55% digital Brix meter: documented figures
The HighPrecis listing documents a digital sucrose Brix meter from 0–55% with resolution 0.1%, accuracy ±0.2% Brix, automatic compensation from 10–40°C and a 0.3 ml sample. The stated objects are juice and soft drinks. Those sentences are the listing. They are not our readings, and they do not extend the meter onto honey moisture, coffee solids, fermented wort or urea.

The UK PAL-1 listing writes 0.0–53.0% Brix, resolution 0.1% and accuracy ±0.2%. ATAGO’s United States page writes the same range and accuracy and places the model with juices, beverages, sauces and low-sugar jam. It also sells a cooling cover for hot samples. Those are manufacturer and retailer sentences, not our measurements of the shop’s stock.

The milwaukeed.co.uk homepage describes a Milwaukee MA871 digital sucrose refractometer with automatic temperature compensation and a 0–85% Brix range. Other specification wording on that homepage is unclear, so accuracy and a numeric compensation window are not restated here. A wider range does not make this model a jam, honey, coffee or urea meter on this site.

Identify the liquid, the published range and the required decision before opening a meter profile. Current manufacturer instructions govern the instrument in the box. Overseas brewing essays do not become UK food-labelling rules. A related shop listing is a source for declared figures; it is not a ranked recommendation and it is not a test we have run.
